Sans Excellent colour displaying an inky black core with a very deep dark purple black hue. The nose dispels scents of liquorice, black olive and graphite over dried meats and pepper. Much more forthcoming and varietal the palate is filled with rich blackberry, plum and liquorice flavours which intermingle with an undercard of graphite, smoky cedar and pepper. Finishes dry and a little grippy with robust firmly structured tannins. Good length with a long blackberry, liquorice, subtle graphite, smoky cedar and peppered dried meats aftertaste.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc. 14.5%
