Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. On the nose elevated white peach, dried honey and ripe nectarine aromas are to the fore with underlying biscuity oak and citrusy nougat notes. Medium bodied with ample richness and a lightly creamed mouthfeel the palate is generously flavoured with white peaches and nectarines intermixed with dried honey over biscuity nougat. A twist of citrus providing some freshness on the dry finish. Well balanced acidity with a long white peach, ripe nectarine, dried honey and biscuity nougat aftertaste.Drink over the next 3-4 years.Alc. 13%
