Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Showing terrific intensity as well as plenty of finesse the nose is filled with ripe white peach and nectarine top notes that are married to dried honey and notions of gun flint followed by elements of cashew, citrusy nougat and spice. Rich, concentrated and creamy yet simultaneously showing remarkable freshness the palate features a generous flavour profile of ripe white peaches, nectarines and dried honey over some cashew, subtle infusions of gun flint, citrusy nougat and spice. Outstanding power concluding with a very long and persistent aftertaste of white peaches, ripe nectarine, dried honey, light spicy cashew, faint notions of gun flint and citrusy nougat.
