Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Scented lemon and lime aromas bounce out of the glass followed by orange rind, hints of mandarin and chalky minerality. The palate is more austere than the nose suggests with lemon peel and lime flavours prevalent over some green apple and orange rind with a steely vein of mineral infused acidity running through the core. Very dry finish with crunchy acidity. Aftertaste of lemon peel, lime and steely mineral.Cellar 6-8 years.Alc 12%
