Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive tinge of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Leading scents of ripe white peach and dried honey are followed by some nectarine, citrusy nougat characters, subtle cashew and lightly spiced lemon butter. Ripe and full in the mouth with a creamy texture the palate is generously flavoured with ripe peach and dried honey over citrusy nougat nuances, some cashew and spice. Clean dry finish with balanced acidity. Concludes with a ripe peach, dried honey, citrusy nougat and spicy cashew aftertaste that shows good persistence.Drink over the next 4-5 years.Alc. 13.5%
