Sans Opaque dark red black colour with a vibrant purple red hue. Peppered ripe dark cherry and dark raspberry aromas are followed by liquorice, some meatiness and spicy dried herb notes. Juicy dark raspberry and dark cherry flavours fill the medium bodied palate which is underscored by red liquorice, light earth and spicy pepper. Finishes fresh with finely grained tannins. Good length with an aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, dark raspberries, red liquorice, infusions of dried herbs and pepper.
