Sans Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a bright red hue. Pretty aromatics of roses and spicy red cherries evolve over earth, faint forest floor and dried herbs. Bright elegant feel with juicy red fruit flavours underpinned by vibrant acidity. Elements of earth, forest floor and spicy dried herbs also chime in. Dry finish with slightly chalky tannins. Excellent length with a long spicy ripe red cherry, red liquorice, earthy forest floor and dried herb aftertaste. A great introduction to Nebbiolo.Cellar 3-4 years.Alc. 14%
