The nose reveals aromas of violets, ripe dark to black cherries and liquorice followed by earthy incense like infusions and spice. Juicy ripe dark cherry, plum and liquorice flavours laced with dried herbs fill the medium bodied palate over a back drop of earthy incense like characters and spice. Finishes dry with vibrant fresh acidity that’s crunchy like and slightly chalky tannins.
