Sans Excellent depth of colour displaying an opaque dark purple black core with a bright dark purple hue. A fragrantly scented nose is led by fresh dark plum and black raspberry aromas over subtle liquorice, earth and dried herb notes. Light to medium weight with a plump mouthfeel the palate has flavours of dark plums, black raspberries and liquorice intermixed with earthy dried herb infusions. Soft finish with finely grained, slightly dryish tannins. Moderate aftertaste of dark plum, black raspberries, dried herbs and faint spicy earth.Cellar 2-3 years.Alc. 13%
