Sans Made from a blend of 50% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 10% Mourvedre. Totally opaque black dark red core with a deep dark red hue. Elevated black cherry and liquorice aromas mix with black raspberries, scorched earth, infusions of provincial herbs and spice. Lush black cherry and black raspberry flavour are spread across the palate with excellent intensity and richness. Fleshy yet chewy in its mouthfeel with elements of liquorice, scorched earth and peppered dried herbs underpinning the fruit. Ripe muscular tannins provide a structural firmness to the back palate.
