Sans Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red to brick red hue. The nose offers up ripe dark cherry and strawberry aromas which intermix with gamey earth like notes, lightly toasted cedar and spice. Light weight but very supple and smooth the palate’s dark cherry and strawberry flavours are overlaid by dried herbs and spicy cedar. Finishes dry with bright acidity and velvety tannins. Aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, lightly toasted cedar, subtle earth and dried herbs.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc 13%
