Sans Matured for 18 months in French oak barriques. Totally opaque black dark red core with a dark red hue. Pronounced blackcurrant and ripe mulberry aromas intermingle with cedary tobacco characters, hints of black olive and subtle spicy bay leaf notes. Well endowed with richness ripe red and blackcurrant flavours flow over a back drop of vanillin cedar, subtle tobacco, black olive and spicy dried herbs. Finishes dry with fine grained yet relatively sturdy tannins. Aftertaste of spicy ripe red and blackcurrant fruit, vanillin cedar, tobacco and dried herbs.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc. 14.5%
