Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a very distinctive tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarines, melon and white peaches are trailed by faint hints of dried honey and spicy citrus. Fresh ripe nectarine, melon and citrus flavours meld into subtle dried honey infusions with traces of biscuit and mineral on the dry finish. There’s a slight creaminess to the otherwise fresh mouthfeel which should flesh out with bottle age. Aftertaste of nectarine, melon, citrus, subtle dried honey and mineral.Cellar 3-4 years.Alc 13%
