Sans Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Fragrant aromas of dark cherries and strawberries subtlety laced with violets are followed by traces of anise, dried herbs and spicy cedar. Light, savoury palate with flavours of ripe red cherries and strawberries freshened up by a hint of sour cherries. Also entering the fray are nuances of earthy dried herbs and spicy cedar. Bright, slightly dryish finish with a refined tannin structure. Excellent length with a long red cherry, strawberry, dash of sour cherries, dried herb and spicy cedar aftertaste.Cellar 3-4 years.Alc. 13.4%
