Sans The 77th vintage from Moët & Chandon reflects a season of contrasts, with a cool, wet start followed by a warm, dry summer and an unusually late harvest. Cellar Master Benoît Gouez blended 48% Chardonnay, 34% Pinot Noir, and 18% Meunier, aged for six years in Moët’s chalk cellars before release. The result is an Extra Brut Champagne (5g/L dosage) that is radiant and harmonious, offering orchard fruit, citrus, florals, and a mineral edge.
