Sans Matured for 6 months in French oak, 30% of which was new. Opaque black dark red colour with a vibrant dark red hue. Nosing reveals black cherry, plum and liquorice aromas over some earth and subtle dried herb notes. Medium bodied the palate possesses juicy black cherry, blackcurrant and liquorice flavours which intermix with earthy dried herbs and spicy cedar. Dryish finish with slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of black cherries, blackcurrant, subtle liquorice, vanillin cedar and earthy dried herbs.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc. 13%
