Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. On the nose ripe lime scents intermingle with fresh pear and green apple followed by grassy asparagus characters, light cedar shavings and spicy dried herb notes. Texturally full and rounded the palate has flavours of spicy pear, lime and apple over a back drop of pencil shavings, light dried honey, subtle herbaceous grassy characters and dried herbs. Finishes dry with good freshness and an aftertaste of spice, pears, ripe lime, apple, cedar shavings and herbaceous characters.Drink over the next 5-6 years.Alc. 13.5%
