Produced in limited quantities using the traditional method. The wine undergoes extended ageing on lees to build complexity and finesse. Pale gold with fine bubbles. Aromas of wild strawberry and raspberry lead to a generous palate layered with summer fruit, toasted almond, praline and pastry. Elegant, refreshing and long on the finish.
