Sans Totally opaque black crimson red colour with a dark crimson red hue. Aromas of ripe red and black currant carry a distinct mintiness to them followed by spicy vanillin cedar. Medium bodied with good richness, flavours of ripe red currants and plum laced with mint overlay a spicy vanillin cedar backdrop. Dry chewy finish with solidly built tannins providing some grip on the finish. Aftertaste of red currants, plums, ripe mulberries, mint and spicy vanillin cedar.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc. 14%
