Sans Excellent depth of colour displaying an inky black dark red core with a bright dark red black tinged hue. Ripe blackberry and plum aromas tinged with liquorice flow from the glass over vanillin cedar and spice. Bright freshly crushed blackberry and plum flavours meld into earthy vanillin cedar finishing inky with some spice. Fresh acidity along with chalky tannins dry out the back palate. Aftertaste of inky blackberry, plum, earthy vanillin cedar and spice.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc. 14%
