Sans Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Elevated aromas of blackberries and liquorice merge with earthy vanillin cedar and spicy pepper notes. Medium to full bodied, juicy blackberry and liquorice flavours fill the mouth over dusty vanillin cedar, elements of dark chocolate and spice. Firmish but balanced tannins impart a furry feel to the back palate and provide excellent structure. Medium to long aftertaste of blackberries, liquorice, dark chocolate, vanillin cedar, earth and spice.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc. 14%
