Sans Impressive colour saturation featuring an impenetrable inky black core and a deep dark purple black hue. Youthful inky blackberry juice and liquorice aromas combine over dark plum, vanillin cedar and spice. The palate impresses with its weight and richness but being so young is still quite unevolved. Youthful inky mouthfeel featuring juicy blackberry, liquorice and dark plum flavours followed by lightly toasted vanillin oak and spice. Finishes with bright acidity, slightly chalky tannins and an aftertaste of inky blackberries, liquorice, plum juice and spicy vanillin cedar. Requires some time to settle in.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc 14.5%
