Sans Produced from vines planted in 1964 in one of the coolest locations in mainland Australia Seppelt’s Drumborg Riesling is only produced in outstanding years. Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts. Fragrant lemon, lime and mandarin aromas drive the nose followed by some green apple, talc and steely mineral. Racy lemon and lime flavours are to the fore displaying superb intensity with crunchy green apple, mandarin and talc wrapped around a steely mineral infused core. Dry finish with snappy acidity and a long lemon, lime, mandarin, green apple, talc and steely mineral aftertaste.
