Sans As Clare Valley’s oldest winery, Sevenhill has a plentiful supply of old vine resources it can draw on. Their entry level Inigo Shiraz utilises fruit sourced from the Brother Lenz dry grown block (planted in 1973-1974) and the Brother Dan block (planted in 1973). These older vines combined with more recently planted blocks provide fruit of great depth and diversity. Maturation took place in a mixture of new French oak barrels (25%) and older French and American oak.
