Sans Excellent colour displaying a black as night core with a deep dark red black hue. Freshly crushed blackberry and liquorice scents are married to infusions of fennel and smoky vanillin cedar with blackberry end notes. Rich and plump the medium to full bodied palate has flavours of inky blackberries and liquorice over lightly smoked vanillin cedar, dried meats and blackpepper. Dryish finish with slightly chewy tannins and youthful vibrant acidity.
