Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Nosing reveals aromas of ripe pears that intermingle with honeyed and dried nut notes followed by some spice. Nicely rounded in the mouth with a slightly waxy textural feel and a very dry finish, the palate possesses flavours of dried pears, subtle honey and nuts over some spicy citrus which freshens up the back palate. Well judged acidity with an aftertaste of spicy dried pears, light honeyed characters, traces of nut and quince.Drink over the next 1-2 years.Alc. 12.5%
