Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a light yet distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Intense nose with a wonderful array of aromatics that includes white peach, ripe nectarine, traces of apricot and citrusy dried honey over honeycomb, nougat and subtle spicy gun flint notes. Rich with excellent volume in the mouth yet great refinement the concentrated palate is flooded with a Meursault like flavour profile of ripe peaches and nectarines married to honeycomb and subtle apricot underpinned by citrusy nougat, light cashew and lovely biscuity oak. Creamy mouthfeel finishing dry with good freshness. Combines power and finesse well with a very long ripe white peach, nectarine, honeycomb, citrusy nougat, cashew and biscuity oak aftertaste.Cellar 6-8 years.Alc. 13.5%
