Sans Antinori’s Peppoli was first made in 1985 and year in year out proves to be a reliable, great value Chianti Classico. Produced from predominately Sangiovese grapes, the wine was aged for approximately 9 months in large Slavonian oak casks with a small parcel in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of fruit.
