Sans Sourced from 15 year old vines. Semi translucent dark red core with a bright red purple tinged hue. Fragrant scents of red raspberries and ripe cherries tinged with hints of roses are followed by elements of liquorice and spicy herbs. Light with a fresh vitality to the mouthfeel, flavours of red and dark raspberries intermix with crunchy red cherries over some liquorice, faint earthy incense infusions and spice. Finishes dry with vibrant acidity and finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of freshly crushed red raspberries, red cherries, a touch of liquorice, light earth and spice.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc. 14.1%
