Sans Sixty percent whole bunch inclusion. Totally opaque black dark purple core with a dark purple black hue. Lifted plum, dark cherry and liquorice scents laced with clove overlay vanillin cedar and spice. Elegantly textured, fresh crunchy red fruits combine with a whole bunch savouriness. Mid weight, the palate has flavours of dark plum and liquorice over lightly smoked vanillin cedar, fennel, spicy dried herbs and pepper. Finishes dry with fresh acidity and very polished tannins. Spicy aftertaste of plums, liquorice, smoky vanillin cedar, dried herbs and pepper.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc. 13%
