Sans Light cherry red colour with a crimson red hue. Fragrant red cherry and winter strawberry scents intermingle with a hint of sour cherry and violet followed by forest floor and spicy dried herb notes. Light with a very elegant and fresh feel, the palate is delicately flavoured with red and sour cherries over some cranberry, faint earthy clove and spicy herbs. Finishes dry with spritely acid and finely grained tannins. Moderate power with an aftertaste of red and sour cherries, fresh herb infusions and spice. Cellar 3-4 years. Alc. 12%
