Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted nectarine and citrus aromas are overlaid by dried honey notes with faint cashew and delicate nougat also evident. Light in body with a fresh, very elegant feel the palate intermixes flavours of nectarines, citrus and a touch of dried honey over light biscuity nougat. Finishes dry and fresh with flinty mineral infusions and vibrant acidity. Aftertaste of fresh nectarines, citrus, light dried honey, subtle biscuit and mineral.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc. 13%
