Fragrant violet scents are tied to ripe cherry and strawberry aromatics with spicy cedar, meaty forest floor like characters and dried herbs following on. Light to medium weight with a very round supple mouthfeel the palate serves up a savoury flavour profile of ripe cherries and spicy strawberries over vanillin cedar, meaty forest floor characters and subtle dried herbs.
