The second wine of Château Lagrange was first produced in 1985. Sourced from 30 years old vines, it receives the same care as the Grand Vin. Hand-harvested.Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15-25 days at warm temperatures. After fermentation the wine matures twenty months in oak barrels (20% new barrels). Medium bodied with plummy ripe red and black fruits and a touch of cedar oak. Full bodied and well structured with round tannins.
