Sans Produced from Marsanne, part of the fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks and part in demi-muids. The lees are stirred for the first 2-3 months adding texture to the wine. Approximately 50-60% of the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks with the balance aged in demi-muids of which 10% are new and 90% older oak.
