Sans Matured in French oak barrels. Dark red colour with black shaded edges and a red to dark red hue. Pronounced black cherry and anise aromas are interwoven with dark plum, earth, vanillin cedar and spice accents. Rich fleshy dark cherry, dark plum and anise flavours are supplely cast across the mid weighted palate. Earthy vanillin cedar, dried herb and spice elements sit underneath. Excellent power with fine grained tannins extending through the ripe medium to long finish.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc. 14%
