Sans Brilliant water like colour with a very light tinge of green around the edges. Opening on the nose are intense passionfruit, lime and green apple scents followed by very subtle herbaceous grassy end notes. Light and refreshing but not possessing quite the same intensity as the nose flavours of passionfruit, fresh limes and green apples adorn the palate with subtle fresh herb infusions also evident. Dry crunchy acid finish concluding with an aftertaste of passionfruit, limes, green apples, light fresh herb infusions and mineral.Drink over the next 1-2 years. Alc. 11.5%
