Hand harvested. Made with three different clones of Nebbiolo: Michet, Lampia, and Rosè. Fermented with natural yeast in stainless steel for about 12 days at 26°C. De-stemmed, soft-pressed grapes with pump-overs to enhance colour extraction aromas. Matured for 12 months in French and Slavonian oak, followed by 12 months in the bottle. Deep and fragrant bouquet dominated by ripe berry fruits and vanilla. On the palate, well-balanced with a long finish.
