Sans Brilliant light straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted aromas of apricots and honeysuckle are overlaid by cinnamon and baked pear notes with some spiciness also present. Rich with a viscous, creamy like mouthfeel the palate is filled with flavours of ripe apricots and peaches laced with honeysuckle, clove and cinnamon finishing dry with baked pears and spice. Good balanced acidity with a long spicy aftertaste of apricots, peaches, baked pears, honeysuckle, cinnamon and clove.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc. 14%
