Sans Totally opaque dark red black core with a bright dark red hue. Lifted aromas of freshly crushed blackberries, plum and liquorice meld into elements of crushed rock and pepper. Medium to full bodied with a juicy feel, flavours of ripe blackberries and liquorice dominate over crushed rock, subtle vanillin cedar and pepper. Ripe inky mouthfeel. Dryish finish with well-structured grainy tannins. Good length with a medium to long conclusion of ripe blackberries, liquorice, crushed rock, vanillin cedar and pepper.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc. 14%
