Sans The fruit for Stonier Pinot Noir is derived from a selection of long term vineyard suppliers scattered across the Mornington Peninsula, but with a focus towards the region’s cooler south near the small town of Merricks. Approximately 3% of the fruit was fermented as whole bunches with a 10 month maturation process taking place in French oak (10% new) and a portion of it in stainless steel tanks (20%) to preserve the vibrant fruit characters of the vintage.
