Fragrant aromas of ripe red cherries and strawberries laced with violets merge into anise, some meaty characters, forest floor and spicy cedar notes. Light and supple in the mouth the palate possesses a savoury flavour profile of spicy ripe red cherries and strawberries subtlety infused with clove over some meaty anise like characters and lightly earthed cedar.
