Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight apricot tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Fragrant rose petal scents merge into ripe pear and apple followed by hints of honeysuckle and musk. Possessing good richness the nicely textured palate is filled with ripe pear and apple flavours over traces of honeysuckle, light musk infusions and quince. Clean dry finish with well balanced acidity and a medium to long ripe pear, apple, musk, honeysuckle and faint quince aftertaste.Drink over the next 2-3 days.Alc. 12.5%
