Sans John Vickery is a legend of the Australian wine industry and is widely acknowledged as the old master of Riesling. His illustrious career spans over 50 years at the likes of Leo Buring and Richmond Grove during which time he amassed more than 50 Trophies and over 400 gold medals. He was also responsible for the re-introduction of screw caps with his 1998 Richmond Grove Watervale Riesling. Vickery wines are made in collaboration with Philip Lehmann, son of Peter Lehmann.
