Sans Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a very slight tinge of green around the outskirts. Lifted ripe pear and apple aromas draped in dried honey characters drift out of the glass followed by hints of dried nut and spice. Featuring a delightful rounded textural feel and an understated richness the palate dishes up a generous flavour profile of ripe pears and juicy red apples overlaid with dried honey characters. Ripe citrus and spice characters also make an appearance on the dry finish. Good fresh acidity with a medium to long pear, red apple, dried honey and spice aftertaste. Loaded with flavour this is a delicious Pinot Grigio to drink over the next 1-2 years.Alc. 13.5%
