STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Château de Gironville, located in Macau , Haut-Médoc, neighbouring the Margaux apellation, is a historic winery established in the late 1800s. During the early 1900s, the vineyard belonged to the mayor of Bordeaux. The 10-hectare vineyard is planted with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot. The Château has earned the Cru Bourgeois classification in 2003.
