Sans From vines planted in 1992. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinct greenish tint to the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced nectarine and grapefruit aromas are intermeshed with citrus, faint bees wax, toast and gun flint notes. Light and energetic in its feel across the mid weighted palate with zippy acidity underpinning flavours of citrus, nectarine and grapefruit. Infusions of gun flint and subtle toast ensue. Finishes dry with a brisk mineral infused aftertaste.Drink over the next 4-5 years.Alc. 12.5%
