Sans Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a distinctive lime green tinge to the outskirts. Aromas of white peach and ripe pear are followed by light dried honey, citrus, faint cashew and spice notes. Medium bodied the palate sports white peach and fresh pear flavours which have a textured feel. Notions of dried honey, spicy biscuity oak and light citrusy nougat characters then move in. Good length with fresh acidity and a long elegant finish.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc. 13.2%
