Grapes sourced from vineyards established in the 1950s and 1960s in Briones, located on slopes at an altitude of 550 meters. Hand-harvested with strict sorting. Limited production of 4,460 bottles. Fermentation in small stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures, with malolactic fermentation in new oak barrels. Aged for two years in 18 new French oak barrels, followed by a third year in used barrels. Then, aged for an additional two years. Complex aromas of ripe dark fruit, dried herbs, and subtle oak. On the palate, concentrated black cherry, plum, and hints of vanilla and spice, supported by fine tannins and vibrant acidity.
