Sans Aged on lees for 10 months in mature French oak barrels. Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe peach and dried honey aromas mix with hints of cashew, citrusy nougat characters and spice. Possessing good richness and a rounded mouthfeel the palate is filled with ripe peach, dried honey and citrusy nougat elements over a back drop of light cashew and spice. Creamy yet fresh finish. Excellent concentration and length with a long ripe fleshy aftertaste.Drink over the next 3-4 years.Alc. 13%
